Virtual help desk for all Silver + Oak logins, joining local RE board, accessing the MLS, Zipforms, Docusign Transaction Room, & everything in-between.

License Application

Submitting the application, fingerprints, and check are the only things needed for initiating the license application. Once you’re in the system (may take up to 2.5 weeks), you may sign up for Liberty Board. Depending on your area(s) of service, you will then take the appropriate steps to sign up for an MLS.

 

Silver + Oak Realty currently pays for these items for our agents:

  • Internal headshot and first set of 500 business cards

  •  Docusign Transaction Room

  • Sierra Agent Website and CRM

  • 1 CallAction phone number

  • Subsidized Matterport Scan and Photography 

  • Membership to AndCo. office @ 201 Montgomery Street, Suite 263 , Jersey City NJ

  • General For Sale and A-frame Open House directional signs (with office number 201-630-0360)

  • Errors and Omissions insurance is fronted by the brokerage and taken out from your first commission check

 

RE license, Realtor, MLS associates fees, and agent-branded signage are covered by agents. 

Fees associated with Liberty Board and most MLS access must be renewed annually.

How To Get Paid...

CONGRATS ON YOUR FIRST COMMISSION!

  • You must sign up for BrokerSumo. Please contact Mital to send you an invite. Mital@silverandoak.com

  • Once you have signed up, you must link your bank account to BrokerSumo.

  • On your dashboard, left-hand side, you will see ACH Transfer. Link your account through here. 

  • Once your account has linked, you may add transaction.

  • On your dashboard, left-hand side click TRANSACTIONS>ADD TRANSACTION.

  • Complete Transaction Info & Property Info.

  • SAVE CHANGES.

  • If you wish to do so, you will prompted to add attorney information, etc. Not mandatory.

  • There will be a tab on top labeled COMMISSION DISBURSEMENT.

  • Please review commission breakdown, that it is all correct. Your split with the brokerage should already reflect through here.

  • At the end of all the details, bottom-right corner, you may create/save disbursement.

  • Now everything on your end is completed. The commission disbursement is automatically sent to the brokerage. 

  • You may review pending disbursements on your DASHBOARD>TRANSACTIONS>VIEW TRANSACTIONS.
